Artists biography:
"Rudy was born in 1947 in Germany. At age 17, he began a 4 year art training that ranged from graphic art to mural painting. In 1970 he emigrated to Canada settling in Vancouver, British Columbia where he first worked in display, painting sets. He was then introduced to the basics of working creatively on metal surfaces such as brass, copper and aluminum. In 1973, he started his own design studio and has since furthered his skills of etching, oxidizing and painting on metals in to a unique art form. His work is currently exhibited and sold in U.S.A., Germany and Canada."
