Our Young Talents Program uses self-knowledge and career self-management as methodology, guided by a structured mentoring process.
Communication and development activities related to business management, as well as to economics and career are part of the program so that young people have a systemic training.
During vacations young professionals participate in activities on sites in order to get familiar with the environment, to know all the areas so that in the future, with security, they will be able to safely define their area of expertise.
